The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on Page 1, by striking the title of the bill in its entirety and
inserting in lieu thereof
a new title, to read as follows
:
"
A Bill to amend and reenact §7-6-2 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to bond requirements for county
depositories; requiring that a county depository execute a
bond only for the amount of the public money deposited that
exceeds the amount of the deposit insured by an agency of the
federal government.
"
